  • How can I prevent blocked drains?

    To prevent blocked drains, ensure that you avoid pouring grease, coffee and food scraps down the sink. Drain strainers are used to catch hair and debris in showers and sinks. Avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper down toilets (please avoid all “flushable” wipes and products!)   • How can I tell if I have a hidden water leak?

Low water pressure and unexpected damp spots on floors or walls may be signs of a leak.   • Why is my water pressure low?

  • How often do I need to service hot water system?

    To ensure your hot water system is running efficiently, it is advised that an annual service and maintenance checkup should be completed. An annual service will help to prevent the wear and tear and aging of your system and allow it to function at its best.     Yes!     Gutter guard/mesh can work by significantly reducing the need for frequent and ongoing gutter cleaning and can prevent large debris from entering and blocking gutters, however, they do not eliminate the need for maintenance completely.
